Aerobics
I chose this course last minute, but I'm thankful that I did. It has helped me stay fit, be more self conscience about my health, and lose stress from my other classes. I had a challenge with trying some advance moves that my professor was showing us. But it was easy to over come the challenge because he would break down the routines into easy, medium, and advance movements. Our instructor never made us feel like we couldn't do anything, but he did let us know to go at our own pace. He normally does the excersis in a medium pace which is about right for most of the class. This course has made things easier to walk up and down the stairs. It has also helped me with my asthma. Keeping a balance between the work outs and my eating habits has made it easier on my body. If anyone want to stay in shape and have fun doing it I would recommend this aerobics class it's fun and has everyone motivated to doing the routines.
